Service Delivery Charter

Below is the DAQA Service Delivery Charter outlining the services offered, requirements, applicable charges and the expected timelines for delivery.

Service Requirement Charges Timeline
Enquiries Voluntary visit / call Free 10 minutes if no consultations are required, and 1 day if consultations are required
Lecturer self-reporting on teaching
  • CUK email address
  • Special Lecturer-ID (auto-assigned to part-time lecturers)
Free 24 hours after the close of teaching business on Friday
Evaluation of effectiveness of teaching
  • Be active on Uniplus
  • Units appropriately assigned by CODs
Free From the 9th week of the semester up to one day before the end of examinations
Evaluation of all new academic programmes
  • Minutes of the Departmental Board
  • Minutes of the School Board
  • Evidence of needs assessment survey
  • Evidence of stakeholders participation
Free Response within fourteen (14) working days after receiving the draft curriculum
Sensitization of academic staff
  • Schedule / call for sensitization
  • Availability of venue and resource persons
Free Two (2) sensitizations to be held within the year
