- Promote Community Safety: Implement proactive security measures, including patrols, modern technology, and emergency preparedness, to create a safe environment that supports community empowerment.
- Strengthen Community Partnerships: Collaborate with students, staff, local authorities, and cooperative communities to build a cohesive, secure campus that encourages mutual support and shared responsibility.
- Enhance Trust and Inclusion: Train security personnel to engage respectfully and inclusively, ensuring every community member feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute to campus safety.
