EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND RELATED SERVICES FOR AN INFRASTRUCTURE LAYOUT PLAN

The Co-operative University College intends to engage a Consortium to provide professional services in relation to Development of a Master Plan for the Main Karen Campus. Existing Infrastructure shall be mapped as part of the Services. The outline proposal shall include the conceptual framework, planning consideration for every facility, model designs of typical blocks all this leading to an all-inclusive master plan.
Co-operative University College of Kenya now invites Expression of Interest from Consortia comprised of experienced and reputable firms to provide the above services.
Request for Proposal (RFP) will only be issued to the pre–qualified Consortia.
Interested Consortia must provide information indicating that members of the Consortia are qualified to perform the Services and demonstrate the following:
- Be registered with relevant Professional Bodies (BORAQS, EBK, etc)
- Have at least 10 years experience in dealing with projects of similar magnitude,
value and scope
- Provide Company details(year of establishment, ownership type)
- Demonstrate availability of appropriate Skills among Staff, with resumes of key personnel relevant to the assignment
- Provide Audited accounts for the last three (3) years
- Provide proof of similar works done with references – contacts (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers) of referees (firms for whom you have provided similar services)
- Provide evidence of excellent technical capacity to ensure quality production
- Provide evidence of Tax compliance
The Expression of interest must be submitted in three (3) copies in sealed envelope
