CUK AND UASIN GISHU COUNTY GOVERNMENT TO PROMOTE COOPS
The Co-operative University of Kenya And The County Government of Uasin Gishu are set to get into a pact in a bid to promote Co-operatives and Enterprise in the County. The County Government of Uasin Gishu’s CEC for Co-operatives and Enterprise Development Ms. Esther Mutai, while paying a courtesy call to CUK’s VC ahead of the County getting into a pact with CUK has noted that CUK being a market leader in training and capacity building for Co-operatives would be of great benefit to the county’s achievement of its’ mission and vision. CUK’s Vice Chancellor Prof. Kamau Ngamau earlier expressed his optimism that the University’s commitment in capacity building for counties remained atop to ensure the mandate is delivered without fail.
