Role at the University

Lilly Mwagodi is the Head of the Human Resource Department at The Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK). She has worked at the University as an Administrator since 2010 and has over ten years of experience in Human Resource Management. Her professional background combines extensive administrative experience with broad exposure to the HR function.

Career

She joined the Human Resource Department in 2015 and has since served in various capacities across the Department. From 2021, she served as a Section Head responsible for Compensation, Human Resource Administration and Records Management. In the course of her career at the University, she has also served on various University Committees and participated in institutional initiatives in support of the University’s operations and staff.
