Role at the University

Dr. Lucinda G. Mugaa is the Ag. Dean of Students at The Co-operative University of Kenya, where she leads the support and welfare of the student body. She brings wide experience gained across banking, higher education and counselling, a background that spans both people management and direct student support.

Career

Dr. Mugaa has worked in a range of organisations and institutions in various capacities. At the Co-operative Bank of Kenya she served as both a Branch Manager and Head of Customer Care. She has also taught in several institutions of higher learning, as a part-time lecturer at Mount Kenya University and at the Management University of Africa.
