Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from the United States International University- Africa (USIU-Africa) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University.
- Expertise in Board Management, administration, governance, strategic leadership, partnership development and human resource management, policy design formulation and implementation.
- Five years of work experience as Chief Executive in charge of administration, corporate service, and stakeholder management in Kisii County-Kenya.
- Extensive experience in the Kenyan public service over a period of twenty-five years.
- Well-grounded in leadership and strategic management practices, corporate governance and possess an in-depth administrative experience in effective and efficient service delivery to the public.
- Well versed with performance appraisal systems, work plan, result based management, rapid results Initiatives as well as complaints and grievances handling.
- Has actively participated in the drafting of key government policy documents both at county and national government levels.
- Membership in professional bodies including Women on Boards Network, Human Resource Management and Centre for Corporate Governance.
- Participated in the Intergovernmental Sector Forum for Public Service Management.
- Active engagement in community development activities such as women economic empowerment as well as serving as the representative of the community to various School Boards of Management.
