Ms. Mary Simat is a Human Resource and Governance professional with over 30 years’ experience in personnel management, policy formulation, and institutional leadership. She holds an MBA (Executive) from Moi University and a BA (Honours) from the University of Nairobi, with additional training in corporate governance and leadership across Africa, Dubai, and South Africa. Mary has worked at Telkom Kenya and has since held board-level roles at the Kenya Bureau of Standards, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, Chemelil Sugar Company, and several schools. She is experienced in corporate governance, HR management, strategy, financial oversight, and organizational development, and is active in community and church leadership.
