2015 graduates who have not confirmed their names to do so before Tuesday 1st December 2015 at their respective Faculties to enable processing of their certificates. No certificate will be processed if the name is not confirmed.

2014 and 2013 graduates who have not collected their certificates to do so before 18th December 2015. Storage charges will be introduced for certificates that have not been collected within 6 months after processing.

Graduates will be required to produce a duly filled clearance form (Revised clearance form) in the examination office for them to be allowed to collect their certificates.
